Ever since I’ve gotten to New York, I’ve been on sensory overload. So much so that its made me lose a firm grip of what I really want to do; there’s just so much inspiration, so many things I’m learning, so many possibilities and potential inside myself that I started to wonder what the heck I’d do with all of it. You know, do I want to be in fashion, do I want to be an art director, do I want to be a performer, do I want to be a television personality, do I want to act?
Then I saw this video from my new friend, Chris Kazi Rolle, and realized whatever it is I end up doing, I want to be something like this. How inspiring.

“Chris Kazi Rolle (www.chriskazirolle.com) is a multi-talented artist, social entrepreneur and founder of The Hip Hop Project (www.hiphopproject.com).” He’s also a fellow artist that I got a chance to speak with very briefly at the HBO studios a few weeks back (it was a very impromptu and spontaneous performance on my part), but ran into him again on the A train two weeks ago, and I’m glad I did. Check out his site to find out more.
And by the way, in reference to the first paragraph? I think, then, i’ll just do it all.
