Isis Genesis is a brilliant young singer, bodacious fly sista, and my good friend. Representing Oakland, California, she puts a brand new flavor to the stage, and I am personally SO SO excited at whats to come for her! I can feel it- she’s going to take the scene by storm! Her music is a fruity, juicy, blend of soul, but its the kind that makes you wanna dance and feel yourself! She’s old school, so she doesn’t have a myspace yet, but who needs the internet when you can see her in real life!?!

I’m putting this post up so you can know the name…remember it, Isis Genesis, shes  gonna be showing up a lot more these days! She also performs a lot with one of Oakland’s finest emcees, Do DAT, who she won the Ludacris Lyricist battle with
