harry potter’s #1 fan.

At the risk of revealing the reality of my embarassingly high level of dork, I fearlessly post this:

Yes, I own a pair of Harry Potter’s glasses. I have all 6 Potter books, hardcover, and have stood in line for the book debut not once, but twice at midnight. Once at Border’s, the other at Barnes & Noble. I dressed up for the movie premiere.  I also own books 3 & 4 in original British cover art, and have the Potter snow globe. I read the books in an English accent in my head, almost every single time. In college, I desperately wanted to transfer to Hogwarts. My chosen power is Apparition, and I have to note that I’d prefer to travel by apparition rather than portkey or floo powder, don’t you? The floo powder business seems dangerous seeing as limbs could be lost in the fire. Eek. If I wasn’t an artist or an aspiring television host,  I think I’d make a great Auror.
