Beyond style, fashion, good looks…what i admire most about Michelle Obama’s fashion is her choice in rising stars and (people of color!) designers (which I believe to be quite intentional). Michelle could have easily gone with well known designers such Oscar De La Renta, Chanel, Michael Kors, and so forth, but chose Cuban American designer Isabel Toledo and Taiwan born designer Jason Wu for her inaugural dresses- now both designers have quite a platform for their names to skyrocket to fashion fame! Go head Auntie Michelle!*
* As I like to call her, you know, for when I meet her some day.
