G.P.S. Radar: Mutya Buena
the G.P.S. acronym originated from the day I dubbed myself as the “Gangsta Pinay Sista” inside iLL-Homie Dandiggity’s car, arguing that there was no need for navigation system when he already had the orginal GPS in the vicinity.
Since then, I’ve used my G.P.S. radar to detect other Gangsta Pinay Sistas, (or Gangsta Playa Sistas for other fly non-pinay women who deserved a shout). Well, this lady right here is DEFINITELY a gangsta pinay sista, and not only is she Pinay, but a British Pinay (if you read my blog regularly, you are already informed of my current UK obsession). Mutya Buena is a definite GPS beauty, and her single, “Real Girl”, is not only my anthem of the week, but was featured on the “Sex and City” movie (damn, those royalties must be looking real nice).
